  1. Extracts the required information from the emails containing the PDF invoices sent from the hotels and car hire companies.
  2. Searches for the correct booking in Tramada by booking number or passenger name and check out date.
  3. Identifies the correct card to be used for adding service fees and merchant fees if applicable
  4. Updates the costing (Agreement number, adds difference between the initial supplier rate and the invoice amount, adds invoicing notes, and a few other things)
  5. Invoices everything and emails the invoice to the client if appropriate
